What cleaning services do you offer?

Services offered by Business Cleaning Solutions can be broadly categorized into four separate groups: business cleaning services, carpet cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning. What areas do you service?

We service three primary locales: Boise, Idaho; San Diego, California; and Salt Lake City, Utah. For each of these cities, we serve the surrounding cities and communities. If you are unsure if your business falls into one of these three locales, please feel free to contact us.

What types of clients do you serve?

Business Cleaning Solutions services a wide range of commercial clients and environments.  This includes a variety of small to medium sized businesses, including office buildings, medical offices, industrial/warehouse offices, and restaurants. Do you have references?

We have a variety of commercial references who would be happy to speak to the quality and consistency of our work. If you are interested in hearing from references before making a decision to work with us, please reach out and we will provide some.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We offer a variety of packages that vary depending on your needs. If you simply need a one-time, thorough cleaning before or after a party or to prepare for new tenants, we are more than happy to oblige. If you are looking for something more permanent, we offer month-to-month service agreements for ongoing services that guarantee to make sure your physical image is at its best. We want to make sure that our clients remain satisfied and have the flexibility they need to ensure that satisfaction.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Absolutely. We do not require you to provide us with any cleaning supplies or equipment, as that would defeat the purpose of our services. However, we do not provide paper supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and other consumable products unless arranged beforehand. To help with this, all we need to know is who places the orders and we will let them know when things are getting low.

What should I expect when starting service?

For your first appointment, we will meet with you to make sure that we understand your expectations, determine the scope of the required services, and determine our schedule and prices. The first meeting is all about ensuring that we understand each other. Once we are all on the same page, we will begin training our team to your specifications and expectations as well as perform follow-up inspections to ensure your specifications are followed and expectations are met.

How should I prepare for your arrival?

How organized a business environment is will determine how much cleaning is accomplished. The general rule for business cleaning is to limit the movement of any items on desk areas where the movement of an item would cause damage or injury. The more desk space exposed, the more is cleaned. The more floor are carpeted areas exposed, the more vacuuming, sweeping and mopping can be done. With many of our clients, we set up days where their employees can temporarily move items so the area can be thoroughly cleaned. All we ask is to let us know the location and we will take care of it.

Will the same people come every time?

At Business Cleaning Solutions, we understand that the more frequent our cleaning crews service an area, the more consistent the service will be. We also understand that things happen, and changes might need to be made. To prevent any drop-in service should a change be made, we document all specific information about the account and follow-up after each service following the change to ensure the same consistent service is performed.

How much does it cost?

Our prices vary depending on the size of your business and the types of services we are providing. Thus, there is no one single price point that we can offer you. We can, however, guarantee you that our prices are fair and reasonable, our service is high-quality and will add value to the physical image of your business.

Should I be there when you come?

A standard expectation and practice in the business cleaning industry is to clean a business after hours. This ensures that business is not interrupted, and the cleaning crews can service each area in the most efficient manner possible. To accomplish this, we will setup a meeting to discuss after hours security protocols and setup a schedule for service. We do understand that each business has different needs so if the service needs to be accomplished during business hours, we can work with our crew to accommodate the request.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

At Business Cleaning Solutions, we are firm believers in providing 100% satisfaction to each and every one of our clients. So, if you are not satisfied with our services, neither are we. If you are not happy with our cleaning, let us know and we will make it right, guaranteed.
